About Me!

I have been a graphic designer in the Saint Louis area for over 20 years . I love bringing brands to life through thoughtful visual communication and strategic development. My career has been an exciting journey across diverse industries—from real estate advertising, in-store signage to packaging design—which has allowed me to sharpen my skills and approach every project with a fresh, versatile perspective.

 

I currently work at Cosmos Corp., where I serve as a graphic designer on the new product development team. My focus at Cosmos is developing new packaging designs for existing and emerging brands. I also continue to serve as the Founder, Owner and Design Principal at Modern Retrograde, where I curate and create stylish, unique items for online shoppers. I also spent time as a Senior Graphic Designer at Dierbergs Markets, diving into visual merchandising and advertising, and worked as an Advertising Marketing Coordinator at Dielmann Sotheby's International Realty. These experiences have taught me how to blend aesthetic design principles with hard-hitting marketing strategies to ensure every message resonates.

 

When I’m not behind a screen, you’ll usually find me baking; whether I’m testing out a new recipe or perfecting a batch of cookies, I love the mix of science and artistry that goes into creating something sweet to share. If I'm not baking, I'm diving into a new craft project. There is something so satisfying about taking raw materials and turning them into something tangible and beautiful.

 

At the end of the day, my heart belongs to my family and my friends. They are my greatest support system and my motivation, and I make it a priority to invest my time and energy into those relationships. Whether it’s a planned celebration or a simple, quiet afternoon together, these connections are what ground me and make all my hard work worth it.
